Our approach to marketing research is to provide research-based advice that helps our clients refine their campaign messages and align their services with the needs and priorities of the people they serve. Although we are often contracted to evaluate the success of social-benefit programs after they have been implemented, we prefer to work with our clients during program development to ensure that marketing efforts are on-target. We provide customer profiles, market segmentation, needs assessment, customer satisfaction studies, message and advertising testing, focus groups, and surveys.
